Effect: puts a slight electrical charge through the users arm/hand of choice. then the next object he touches with his arm/hand will have the electricity run through them, numbing the area they were touched in.

How this fits your Character: helps slow down my opponent. also, immobilizes them for a short time.
Description: four hand signs, hold the last one to charge up the respective jutsu. channel the chakra to whichever part of your body, then strike your opponent with that body part, or defend with it. the lighting charge will jump to the opponent and stun them depending on how long the jutsu was charged. held long enough, it will completely immobilize the opponent for a maximum of 2 minutes.
