Chakra Control (all done)

Neji decides on traning today so he can start learning his clans specail techniques" Alright It's time to work on my chakra control so he decides to go out into the forest "aw that tree looks good" neji walks up it, it's nice and sterdey, "alright.....Focus my chakra" as his hand and feet take on a blue glow as he thinks to himself "I will climb this tree today" as neji starts up "this ins't too bad,i'm doing just like my teacher showed me" neji is already a qurder way up the tree "I have to keep this up" as he starts running alright I can do this then he got 75% up and flipped off of it back onto the ground ok that wasn't too bad I guess i'll do it again untill i've mastered it

He concentrated again using alittle bit more chakra then last time, then he started up up as he was running he was doing great,then he got alittle ahead of himself and nearly ell off but then he gained his control back"pheew...that was close" he then kept going "man this ins't hard at all" neji "i'll be ahead of the class in no time" then he could see the top he could do this and then he went full speed and made it to the top of the tree "yes I did it" now with this traning over with his next much harder stage was about to begin:water walking

Neji next needs to walk on water, he then walks around for awhile and comes across a good sized lake."alright like last time I need to concentate my chakra" as his feet while taking on a blue glow much like last time as he then slowly walks out onto the lake he then falls in "aw jeez...I fell in" as he slowly gets up and out of the lakes cold waters "alright let's try that again" he concentrates again then steps back out onto the lakes waters and he managed it for around 5 minutes then fell in again since his concentration slipped because of the excitment of actully being able to walk on water sucesfully and then he decided to try it again with the upmost concentration and was walking on water and flipping and finally mastered the jutsu

Neji said to himself "I beleive it's time to learn one of my clan's most powerful jutsu the almighty Bykugan" neji said "first I must concentrate chakra in my eyes and the veins are them" as he is concentratinghe maneges to see alittle diffrent about halfway activeted the bykakugan so far and it's very frusterating for him but he's not giving up yet he concentates again with more chakra and the hand seals with time and yells " BYAKUGAN!' and then finally after doing that twice he activates it and he is very happy with himself but he can't reat now he has to learn how to use the Byakugan like a pro
